RW recently built a new home in Corinne, Utah for us. We were treated so great and there was not one thing that was a problem and could not be dealt with. We went from two level and 1 acre to one level and .25 acre. Could not be more happy. After we moved to Corinne, RW went into our old house and updated the house for us to sell. The Construction Process

Planning & Design

The very first step of building a home is making the design and plans. At RW Custom Homes, we will walk you through designing your very own unique home to suit your specific needs.
Preparing the home site

During this stage, we will help with preparing the area on the property you want your home to be. This is very important and can be as simple as clearing a field, to extensive drainage preparation and engineering work. We will walk you through this process and ensure that your new home will be situated properly on your home site and that your home site is suitable for the home.
Footing & Foundation

We know that each and every custom built homes we build will need to last for generations, and having a home built on a solid foundation is the first step in making sure your home will last as long as possible. We take extra care to ensure the foundation is poured thick enough, meets all codes, has proper drainage and will be a solid foundation
Framing & Wood Work

To make sure our homes last we use the best lumber available. Our framers have years and years of experience with building and understand what it takes to build high-quality, lasting homes. Other home builders and framers will use wood that is 2×4 in size, but we understand how important quality and durability is so we use 2×6.
Rough Plumbing & Electrical

We use only the best electrical and plumbing contractors in the area. Everyone here at RW Custom Homes stands behind our contractors, and makes sure we meet and/or exceed all codes required for safety by the local municipalities. We understand that a homeowner building a luxury home expects the latest and greatest upgrades and advancements in their home. Including total home automation to instant heat and radiant floor, and we will make that possible for you.
Sheet-rock, mud & tape

We have seen more than enough homes sheetrocked by amateurs and as a result we understand the importance of perfection in this category. We use only the best in the industry, and demand perfection from our crews. In our custom homes we know the joints and seams will last and look new for many years to come.
paint & finish work

The finishing details make all the difference. The painting and finish work is what turns a house into a home. We take great pride in our painters and finish carpenters. We look forward to creating a home that has the look and feel that meets your needs.
grading & landscaping

There is nothing better than driving up to your brand new home and knowing that the lawn is in, and the automatic sprinkler system is installed and inspected and we’ll have it done. We also know the importance of making the lawn and landscape match the design of the home, and we guarantee to have all shrubs and trees planted and situated to complement the design of the home. We only use the best landscape designers available, and they work with you to create the yard & garden of your dreams.
